What the programme contains
Fifteen minutes on the hammam stone, fifteen minutes of scrub and foam, ten to fifteen minutes in the heat room, forty-five to sixty minutes of massage and ten minutes of rest. Every part is included in the price and the scrub mitt is opened new for each guest.

Guests who walk the coastal path regularly feel it in the calves and the soles of the feet. In that case the heat section is kept short and the massage concentrates on the lower legs; for runners the hip area is added, because ignoring it returns as knee pain.
